Where we ship

We ship to the Czech Republic and across the European Union. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment where the item is in stock. Typical delivery inside the Czech Republic is 2–5 business days; elsewhere in the EU 5–10 business days. Larger furniture may take longer — the delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Large items

Bigger or heavier pieces travel by pallet or in several boxes and cannot be sent as ordinary parcels; smaller items ship as standard parcels. Delivery is to the address you provide — carrying items into the property, up stairs or into a specific room is not included unless stated.

On arrival

Please inspect the packaging before signing. Report visible transport damage to the carrier and to snooze-truisms.67@icloud.com as soon as possible, with photographs — this makes the claim much easier to settle.

Assembly

Goods are supplied with the manufacturer's instructions where applicable. Assembly and installation are the customer's responsibility; we do not provide an installation service. Check the stated dimensions and access before ordering, and secure tall items to the wall as the manufacturer instructs.
