Returns and Refunds

14-day withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). The period is met if you send the notice before it expires.

Tell us by any clear statement — e-mail to snooze-truisms.67@icloud.com is enough. Please state your order number.

Sending the goods back

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us, to: Florian Sattler, Plotní 376/20, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For large or heavy items contact us first — we will agree the most economical method with you before you arrange transport.

Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item. Goods returned must not be damaged beyond what is needed to establish their nature and properties; you are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond that.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice — but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you have sent them. Refunds go to the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one, we refund the standard amount.

When withdrawal does not apply

The 14-day right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and to items that have been assembled, fixed in place or installed and can no longer be returned as new. Inspect the delivery and check dimensions before assembly begins.

Defective goods

Separately from withdrawal, you may assert rights from defective performance within 24 months of receipt (§ 2165 of the Czech Civil Code). Natural variation in materials such as wood, stone, leather and textiles is a property of the material, not a defect.
